Mechanical Miniatures kits are built exclusively using 100% genuine LEGO® components to ensure quality, compatibility, and durability. However, Mechanical Miniatures is an independent business and is not sponsored, authorized, or endorsed by the LEGO Group.

 

2. Products

Each kit includes authentic LEGO® elements along with secure digital building instructions.

Product descriptions, availability, and estimated dispatch times are listed on each item’s product page.

 

3. Digital Instructions Access

All instructions are provided digitally via our secure website.

Instructions are view-only and require a unique login or access code provided with your kit.

Instructions are not downloadable, printable, or to be shared, distributed, or resold in any form.Access is provided to the original purchaser only.

 

4. Shipping Policy

Orders are generally dispatched within the timeframe stated on the product page:

Engine kits: usually ship within 7 business days.

Larger sets: may require up to 14 business days.

Tracking details will be provided once orders are shipped.

Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs are outside of our control.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To qualify:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase must be provided.

Opened, used, or incomplete kits cannot be returned.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed once the return has been received and inspected.

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of any damaged or incorrect items.

We will arrange a replacement, missing parts, or refund as appropriate.

 

7. Payment

Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Mechanical Miniatures kits contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 14 years old.

Customers are responsible for safe use, assembly, and supervision.
